Commission Info

All my commissions will be taken on VGen from now on!
They work on a request based system so I can determine if I’ll be able to give a character justice in specific styles / themes.
All pricing / examples / forms are on my VGen!

Terms of Service

General

I have the right to refuse any commission or request that I can't / don't wish to draw. Commissions are NOT first come first serve. (If your request isn't accepted you're always free to submit different characters / types / ideas / submitting it again at a different date!)

• I do not accept holds or payment plans. All payments must be upfront. If payment is done through Vgen’s system I may request early fund release during or in the final stages of the sketch phase.• Refunds / Cancellations can be made before the commission is started. After work is started the client will receive a partial refund depending on how much work was done. Refunds after completion are not accepted.• Commissions will be posted to my social medias, galleries, and used as examples for the commission type.• If you have a deadline, please put that in the request, rush fees will apply. +$15• I cannot accept ref sheets consisting of: 3D model sheets (unless accompanied by a clear digital art piece), Traditional art (unless accompanied by a digital colour palette), Shaded ref sheets (excluding simple cel-shading).• Your commission may be streamed as I do art often on Twitch, if you would like me to not stream your commission please let me know in the extra info section!• These commissions are non commercial and may not be used for profit. Only exception to this is the inclusion of the art in a character sale or trade.• Do not claim my art as your own. Credit is preferred.• Do not use my art for any AI, NFT, or Crypto purposes. This also applies to any future blockchain technologies.

Revisions

PLEASE let me know if you’re unhappy with a change or part of the commission! As an artist it’s my job to deliver a piece you enjoy, don’t be afraid to ask for revisions!

• For pieces that include WIPs, the commissioner will receive a sketch for confirmation and revisions. Depending on the complexity of the commission I may send more WIPs during the coloring or lineart phases, but that is not the standard.• Very simple commissions such as doodles and some YCHs will not have WIPs.• Major revisions should be made during the sketch phase. I allow for extra minor revisions when the piece is finished to fix any mistakes, but will not accept major line changes.

USE

• Please credit me as the artist when possible!• These commissions are non commercial and may not be used for profit unless discussed and purchased for a commercial price.• None of my artwork is permitted to be used in AI, NFTs, or any future training based or blockchain technologies.

Communication

I prefer to do all my communications on VGen, but can communicate on Discord and Telegram if needed! If you'd like the finished piece sent via email, let me know!

Adopts

• Buying an adopt is a transfer of a digital design and it's associated files• Adopts are NON-REFUNDABLE due to the purchase being a digital file transfer. Once the full files are obtained, refunds are not permitted.• Once an adopt is purchased, all character rights are transfered to the owner of the design. Honeymoss is not responsible for what the owner does with the character henceforth.
